“Time is…”, realised with the images of Thomas Danthony, is an homage to time with its different variations: a precious gift, love, business and the city of Milan, which since 1940 has been hosting Pisa Orologeria, the reference point for high watchmaking in Italy.
Watches are presented as archetypes and accessories which become protagonists of special moments, illustrated as universal subjects, overlooking details.
The campaign alludes to poster designing of early twentieth century, when Marcello Dudovich and many artists sketched elegant men and women for avant-garde brands of the time period.
The French illustrator has been chosen as he’s been able to represent a gesture and an atmosphere with a minimum number of elements, with delicate and extremely contemporary traits, using the distinctive colors of Pisa Orologeria’s identity.
The multi-subject campaign will be spread on the main communication media: printing, web and maxi postings.
