Milan Fashion Week: when the wrist takes centre stage

In anticipation of the next Milan Fashion Week, dedicated to women’s fashion, let’s take a look at the trends and novelties for men presented in January on the Milanese capital’s catwalks. The differences between men’s and women’s clothes are getting thinner: skirts, trouser skirts, one-shoulder dresses and long jumpers that become real dresses. These are just some of the details of the Milan Fashion Week shows, but there is no shortage of timeless garments such as dolce vita jumpers, made with fabrics that do not imprison shapes, enhancing the personality of the look. Monochrome triumphs, with functional and elegant garments. But it is the attention to detail and accessories that captures the attention of the industry. During the Milan Fashion Week shows, garments were presented in harmony, but also in contrast, with watches and smartwatches, with precious bracelets and original cufflinks in both materials and form. While garments are now genderless, accessories have a definite character, representing a real meeting point between different generations and lifestyles: and the wrist is in the foreground.

F.lli Pisa filed a complaint with the judicial authorities so that those responsible for the fraud are prosecuted and will take every initiative to protect customers and the Company. The Swiss watchmaking brand crowns an important openings’ season with its new Boutique in Milan inside the Pisa Orologeria Flagship Store. The ribbon cutting ceremony, with the presence of Hublot’s CEO Ricardo Guadalupe,  took place in occasion of the exhibition dedicated to the TheArtOfFusion, open to the public until November 27th. A special evening with international guests celebrated the Brand, the partnership with Pisa Orologeria and the street art of Tvboy.

“Time is…”

“Time is…”, realised with the images of Thomas Danthony, is an homage to time with its different variations: a precious gift, love, business and the city of Milan, which since 1940 has been hosting Pisa Orologeria, the reference point for high watchmaking in Italy. Watches are presented as archetypes and accessories which become protagonists of special moments, illustrated as universal subjects, overlooking details. The campaign alludes to poster designing of early twentieth century, when Marcello Dudovich and many artists sketched elegant men and women for avant-garde brands of the time period. The French illustrator has been chosen as he’s been able to represent a gesture and an atmosphere with a minimum number of elements, with delicate and extremely contemporary traits, using the distinctive colors of Pisa Orologeria’s identity. The multi-subject campaign will be spread on the main communication media: printing, web and maxi postings.
